The Lottie dress is the ultimate 'Party' dress. Made in a beautiful navy soft velvet material with  white hand smocking across the chest &  pretty velvet bow to the centre of waistband.. The dress features a round neck  & puff sleeve. Each sleeve has a pretty small bow detail  to match the bow at waistband.  Dress is lined with tulle for added volume.
