This is a very traditional hand smocked dress with self peter pan collar & puff sleeve piped in soft pink . Delicate hand smocking across chest in pink & blue roses complete this dress. Soft pink mother of  pearl buttons are at the back with a sash tie & the dress comes with matching pants.
