Made in a 100% cotton in a sky blue, mint green & soft pink large stripe print ,we kept the look fresh with pretty hand smocking across chest in baskets of hearts & a crisp white peter pan collar & puff sleeve. Heart smocking also appears on collar. The perfect party dress.
