New to our Spring Summer 23 collection is this pretty  hand smocked dress called Nancy.  The Nancy older girl dress is made in a delicate candy pink stripe in a seersucker cotton fabric. Beautiful hand smocking in aqua, blue & pink daisies run across the chest. Keeping the look classic & contemporary for the older girl ,the dress has a round neck & is sleeveless .
