The dress features a super pretty frill collar to the  front & to  the back with a  v.  Pretty hand smocking with pearls are embroidered all around the frill.  The dress is lined & has a layer of tulle for added volume .  The dress has a  zip to the back  with a pretty sash tie with pearl detail to compliment the frill collar.
